Palivcová, Nikola ; Kozáková, Alena (advisor) ; Kolbová, Kateřina (referee)
Title: Diagnosis and Analysis of Lower Limb Muscles in Acrobatic Rock and Roll Dancers Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to determine the occurence of possible muscle imbalances, lateral and functional asymmetries in acrobatic rock and roll dancers which may be caused by unilateral loading in this sport and based on diagnostics and training recommendations to prevent the risk of injury or damage the musculoskeletal system. Methods: The final thesis is processed as an observational case study and the project is implemented as quantitative research using paired comparison. The results are statistically processed and interpreted using descriptive analysis. The main method of measurement is isokinetic dynamometry on the Humac Norm Dynamometer. Results: Based on the individual measurement results and the subsequent statistical evaluation of the data, the research question is answered: "Due to unilateral loading in acrobatic rock and roll dancers muscle imbalances and lateral and functional asymmetries in the muscles of the lower limbs arise." At the beginning of the research three hypotheses were established, first was confirmed, the lowest flexion-extension symmetry was 17 % in the left limb. The second hypothesis was also confirmed, the highest extension value of the left limb was 171 Nm, while the...

Title: Basic step of acrobatic rock and roll for school age children Obejctives: Unification of requirements to make the basic step and the subsequent recommendation of exercise necessary for its proper execution is the goal of the work. Also analyzes the overall situation in terms of further development and evaluation in our country and in the world. Bachelor thesis is focused on the younger school age children. Method: Research was by using standardized interview. The research group consisted of five couaches of acrobatic rock and roll. Results: Based on literature and information obtained from the interview, I decided the basic step is according to the practice a long-term matter. Because of the inssuficient description in the rules of the acrobatic rock and roll, is its tuition as well as the evaluation completely different. That is why I have proposed a unified description of the basic design step and exercises necessary for its implementation. Keywords: Acrobatic rock and roll, movement preparation, basic step
The fear of woman's acrobatics in acrobatic rock and roll in category A
Hlaváčková, Radka ; Kolbová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Krištofič, Jaroslav (referee)
Title: The fear of woman acrobatics in acrobatic rock and roll in category A Objectives: This thesis deals with acrobatic rock and roll in conjuction with frequently occuring emotion of fear. The aim is to carry out literature search, which will be supplmeneted by the experience and recommendations regarding this area. As a source of information We will use a questionare designed to be administered in several sports clubs of acrobatic rock and roll. Method: Research was made by using created unstandardized questionnaires. The research group consists of dancers of acrobatic rock and roll in category A. The results are interpreted by using the tables of frequency and pie charts using the functions in Excel. Results: Based on literature and infroamtion obtained from the questionares I assume that even dancers of acrobatic rock and roll are subject to a certain degree of fear, but cause of their fellings of fear are different stimuli. Keywords: acrobatic rock and roll, category A, emotion, fear
Analysis of physiological indicators of dancers in Acrobatic Rock and Roll
Škoda, Michael ; Šteffl, Michal (advisor) ; Kinkorová, Ivana (referee)
Title: Analysis of physical indicators among dancers of acrobatic rock and roll in category Background: It could be expected that several years of training process could influence the vast majority of physiological functions in rock and roll dancers who have undergone for many years of hard training. Aims: The measuring of selected indicators of physiological functions in the group of acrobatic rock and roll dancers and the comparing their level of physical capacity with reference values and with level of physical capacity of the best acrobatic rock and roll dancers of the world were the main purposes of this study.. Methods and design: The study was designed as a qualitative research. 6 pairs (12 subjects) of acrobatic rock and roll dancer category A were included in a study group by using a non-randomized selection. The UNIFITTEST (Jump far from the place, sit-up, chin-up, measuring subcutaneous fat), and other measure (handshake, vertical jump, heart rate) were done. Further quantitative data were collected by using questionnaires. Several statistical methods were used to process the data obtained. All results were compared with reference values. Results: According to our expectation the dancers of acrobatic rock and roll were better than average population in the most tests. Key words: acrobatic...
Speed and quality of muscle contraction in acrobatic rock and roll dancers
Palivcová, Nikola ; Kolbová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Černá, Jana (referee)
Title: Speed and Quality of Muscle Contraction of Acrobatic Rock and Roll Dancers Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to diagnose the speed and quality of the muscular contraction of the lower limbs in acrobatic Rock and Roll dancers based on measurements on the tensiomyofraph. A partial goal is to describe the method and course of measurement, including the interpretation of results and subsequent training recommendations. The research question is: "How does acrobatic Rock and Roll affect the development of muscle imbalance in the lower limbs in dancers couples?" Methods: The method of qualitative research is used for the work using a case study on five probands. Measurement on the TMG 100 has the task of detecting muscle imbalance caused by training load. Results: Based on the measurements results of the individual report generated by the TMG 100, the results are interpreted and the research question is answered: "Acrobatic Rock and Roll causes muscular imbalances in the lower limbs caused by unilateral strain on couple dancers with difference in the gender of the individuals." Keywords: acrobatic Rock and Roll, muscular imbalance, muscle, tensiomyography, TMG
